All sizes and measurements are approximate but are specified in accordance with standard UK sizing.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

7.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) for a full refund.

7.2 Returns Policy

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your returned item(s). The refund will be made to your original payment method.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and cover return shipping costs.

9. Promotional Codes & Offers

Only one promotional code may be used per order. We reserve the right to cancel promotions or promotional codes at any time. Promotions are subject to availability.
